This path with trees next to it goes on forever D: Like a Scooby Doo corridor.

Yes I wrote that he thinks of her as a stalker BEFORE I got all the comments saying it on the previous page xD That's because I have BUFFER now! A whole page of it! I never thought it would happen. ... Yeah I'm trying to build it up a lil' more than that, so that I can try work on other projects (school and personal) whilst still keeping updates going. It would be nice.

Slightly less clutter this page. Generally the more bleeds and less empty gutters there are, the more you can see I'm trying to squeeze it all in. That's the thing about doing a webcomic, completely different approach to if it was a book that was going to be printed... And so I treat it accordingly.

George is a name that men have. This is a fact I am fully aware of. I like girls with boys names, okay? And tomboys. Tomboys are cute. You may not meet many girls called George but you don't meet too many guys around called Atticus either.

On a different note. I'm still enjoying drawing trees.

hahaha you people Guys, there is really no trick to catching things better.
It's a game based on number calculations, percentages and odds of getting it right.

It was confirmed that if you manage to press B within the .ooo5th of a second of that number calculation running, you can favorably increase the chances of catching it... a little.
It's not worth it.

Pressing whatever combo in the game, is like those buttons that change traffic lights so you can walk across the street.
The lights are operated through timers and weight sensors- for the cars.
The button you can press to 'make it change faster' is a placebo. It worked once... years and years ago, but a few decades ago, they were all disabled.
It was easier to just leave the buttons on the pole, than to install new poles everywhere.

But people still press them, because they think it does something.
Some times they press it at the right time, and the light turns green shortly afterwards, and they think 'It works!' ignoring all the times that they pressed it, and it took just as long as it normally would.

A pokeball will always work as a pokeball. It has a certain capture rate and probability based on health points, status changes, and a couple other factors.
Pressing Down+B
or A+B+Down
or B--------
or tipping the opposite direction to the ball
or whatever crazy tactics you guys made up, and it seemed to work occasionally, so you enforced the truth in it in your mind.

Anyway, I like this page. (is it just me, or does the forest seem to get more detailed as the panels go on?)

That, made the comic! I personally did up, down, left, right+ a, b, (,x, y for pearl) when I attempted this trick.

Of course my excuse for how duping master balls in the world of pokemon is that once you have one, your character take weaker pokeballs and modifies them with the specs of the master.... same with rare candies.. only you make the recipe yerself.

I have an androgynous tomboy friend who goes by the name Jacob. We agree that it's actually a pretty gender-neutral name. Sadly, no one else does.

The only true method for guaranteeing that a Pokeball'll work is using an emulator, and "Save State" and "Restore State". And that's kind of missing the point.

Also, my town still has road crossings where you have to push the button on the crosswalk before anything happens.

I'm sure somebody already said this but you have 10 million comments and I'm in a hurry. I just wanted to point out to those who think George is a bad name for a girl, that the CLASSIC teen books Famous Five, has a tomboy George, who's actually a Georgina but hates the name (with all right). Clearly Holy, you have good, classic taste :)

when I was little and first played pokemon my aunt and uncle told me pressing A really fast helped. i swear it works... I can't stop pressing A while catching a pokemon to this day.

Thanks Holy, you just HAD to make a Tomboy character... especially one who seems to like pretty boys (but possibly y'know in a gay way :D)... now I gotta a new OTP that I have to obsessively fawn over *grumbles over her obnoxious love for tomboys*

p.s. George is actually a somewhat common Shortened petname for girls named Georgia, or Georgiana, Georgina, etc. at least, it's common in the American South where we have alot of girls with boys names.

The Pokeball that worked: It seems we all forgot that the only free pokeball that Atty had was the one he was 'supposed' to give to the professor, so I bet it was a really good and strong one. Atty didnt have to do a thing except throw it (although I doubt he cares... XP)
