Hope no one's too depressed. Or disgusted at me. Either way, this was a great fun page to draw :D .... Oh come onnnn, as soon as you saw it was cute you KNEW it had to die. I'm cold like that.

Was a tough call what to do with its eye. Originally I was going to do a cross in its eye, or maybe a line to show it was closed... But hollow black won out in the end.

Pokemon is serious business guys. See y'all soon.

@NekoKira: Well, 'bout that one the bird was killed by a machine, not by a human so the conclusion is that the lawnmower was possesed by a ghost and that guy was so dub that he didn't noticed that mutant mummified monkeys were attacking London with an army so big that the Transformers ran away to Cybertron in addition to me getting a cookie. My point is that my explanation is plausible and I is smart 8D!

Caterpie, although it's cute in the series and stuff, it got SUPER annoying in the games when they showed up that they were only a tool to grind for level ups. @juuhachi: Not true! Both the games and the anime make mention to Pokemon dying. Hell, every region thus far has had a graveyard specifically FOR the dead Pokemon. Which leads me to believe that if Atty makes it to Lavender Town, he's going to wind up at the tower where he'll encounter the ghost of a dead Caterpie. Which will be inexplicably on fire. (There's also Nuzlockes, where fainting=dying.)

Death in Pokemon Game When the game says "fainted," it means fainted. I don't know about the later versions of the game but in Red, Blue, or Yellow (don't remember which), I managed to get a game over screen, I was trampled to death in the Safari zone by Ryhorn. My brother managed to kill one of his Pokemon, but it's a very rare random event, like getting splash to work (it causes a tsunami and I've seen that exactly once, doesn't work ever in later versions of the game). Also there is a graveyard in the game.

Ah, collateral damage. Not a topic you see very often in Pokèmon, but it does raise a good point. Consider all the times you've used fire attacks in dense undergrowth. Earthquake in caves. Electric moves while underwater. This could be a whole lot worse...
