I have to say... Personally, I am enjoying having double updates again. The pages may not look as polished but it feels good to actually get things moving again. And means I don't have to feel so guilty about less action packed pages like this.

Hopefully I got the black eye right this time, rather than last page where it was there but not all too clear. Can't be letting him get away without that thing...

Yeah, Double updates are nice. It's hard when you only update a page or two a week. I read a comic where two days have maybe passed maybe three but it's been updated in the span of a year. It's like, wow, it's not as long as I thought. Makes you appreciate Comic artists that update chapters weekly way more.

He's probably gonna use his pikachu as a distraction and escape! Or throw a pokeball directly at that person's face then escape! :D Or just plainly use his pikachu and didn't know about the type disadvantage... Whatever, can't wait the see what happens next~!

Nah. Atty will use the pikachu, and then fail to deal any damage... but the resulting battle puts SOMEONE in danger, and Atty will prove he's man enough to save people... and thus get a temporary reprieve to go heal and get a rematch.

Pencil Hey H0ly, fellow comic artist here - have you tried Palomino Blackwing pencils? It's the first pencil I've used that gives a solid enough line that it scans and corrects to black really well. I found it too late for the comic I do at the moment, but I'm thinking it'll be my weapon of choice for the next one.

They're not easily available in the UK, I had to order mine from the states!

oh dear.. so either his Chu is gonna by some 1 in 1,000,000 chance defeat the Onix. or hes gonna, instead of the jumper, offer it as a peace offering. or he will be horribly defeated and they will give him a gym badge, which will only make atty pissed off since he hates basically everything that happens in the show. i hope that one happens..

He's got that pikachu. And knowing him, he's too stupid to know electric pokemon are just about defenseless against rock/ground pokemon. So, unless he pulls an Ash move by using the water sprinklers, I think we're going to be seeing a dead pikachu real soon. ^__^`

@Connor: Just as likely as a thunderbolt affecting an onix as it's a a ground type as well as rock type (Electricity being not being that effective against rock anyway and ground having no effect at all), but that worked in the anime.

Black eye is definitely present! Also, DT looks adorably pooped out. So, Atty has another pokemon: GREAT. However, he has never battled with it before so we might end up with the same troubles he had when he was trying (and failing in his ignorance) to communicate his demands to DT in the beginning. Not to mention it's probably the pikachu everyone was talking about. Any more words of wisdom George? :]

Edit these pages make me realize how ridiculous it seems for me to have been beating huge onix's with little 'ole nidorans and crap.

Actually, Electric types have no disadvantage to rock types what-so-ever, ground types on the other hand they can't touch, pity Onix is a Rock/Ground type.

blind eyes Well technically, onix is made out of rock and if it was blind then it could sense stuff using the ground, kind of like Toph from Avatar, so you could have made the eyes white :P
