I've encountered plenty of nurse joys in the Pokemon games but never have i encountered a officer jenny. i feel like this was an hideous crime that must be mended. we should do something to right this wrong

There was an officer Jenny in Pokemon Yellow. She showed up in Cerulean City with a Squirtle.

Morality standards in all the Gym Leaders have been lowered a lot. Stealing clothes from kids and getting police officers tipsy? Almost as bad as Sabrina trapping Misty and Brock in dolls for an indefinite span of time on a whim.

Which Gym? If he's near Pewter but obviously not the Pewter gymleader, which gym does he belong to?

The squirtle could indicate the water gym at Cerulean, or he could be the leader of the final gym in Viridian.
That is if he's even from Kanto, he could be from Johto...
