As someone who knows how cumbersome sleeping bags tend to be, I couldn't help but have to address how they possibly appeared out of nowhere.. Although the real question is less so how she carried them with her, and moreso why did she bring two? Guess she was really quite banking on finding someone else to travel with. Someone who likes pink.
Heh xD Just so happens that the whole mask thing should come up at the same time in both comics... It wasn't intentional.
Ah, the bottomless bag, perfect for a Pokemon adventure. George must have perfect organization skills.
Atty, whatever you're thinking, you're wrong. That is probably a mask she got from a Happy Meal or whatever the equivalent of that is in the PokeWorld.
@jess56476: She got it from a little kid wearing a green tunic. He seemed kinda pissed, though, when she paid for it. Started muttering something about Rupees...
I've always wondered why everything's limited to 99. I can understand the technical reasons behind a 255 limit; but 99? Is there in the Pokemon world no number higher than 99???
BagsWell you know you do put some crazy items inside of your bag when your traveling in the games. Hell look at pokeballs, They fit such large creatures into such tiny balls.
Nostalgia@ChaosSorceror Davidicus: Oh, man, I remember that game. First Mario Bros. game I beat without skipping levels... or abusing save states in the age of emulators and virtual console.
VThe mask is the real world equivalent to the V mask from V for vendetta. George is secretly part of a riot group set to change their poke-government's plans.
Looking at that panel, i was so focused on the pretty mask (that, by the way, looks like Atty won't notice) that I TOTALLY misread what she said... "I'm starved" read like "I'm stupid" ;-;
and for that I thought she had forgotten to pack sandwiches because of all the other junk she must have in there XD
George is starting to look like she owns the place :o
Bag Mechanics...There is a complex interdimensional storage system inside said bags. The technology was derived from the Pokéball, which is able to store pokémon 3/4 the size of the planet, and the mythical "Bag of Holding". As such, it allows you to store up to 99 of a single item in one "slot" of space, but any other items won't fit in said slot, but in another slot. Sadly, though, there are only so many slots, so use them wisely!
Now that I think about it... does Mokepon follow 'Classic' Red-and-Blue bag storage rules, with an upper limit on storage and the requirement of switching PC boxes manually?
Or has it been long enough that FireRed and LeafGreen rules now apply, with Golbats evolving into Crobats, infinite bag storage and automatic PC box switching?
Sorry again about this... you didn't reply on the previous chapter andc I just thought to complain to you again about the malware warnings I keep getting on your site...
Content from freeimagehosting... (I'm on google chrome)...
Sorry, I don't know if its my laptop that's causing it...
It's only certain pages, not all of the site...
Anyways, on another note, did I already tell you how great your comics are? I'll tell you again if I did! Seriously, one of the best webcomics I've seen :)
I feel as though she's just a fan of the masked man so she has that mask. Although this'll probably give some more background to the masked man since if she's a fan she'll know a lot about him. And being George, she'll have to go on and on about how cool he is.
@Kispryn: In early programming, 8-digit binary was used to count, and with such, only numbers up to 255 were possible.
It worked with 1s and 0s for each digit, 1 meaning on and 0 meaning off.
First digit: Equal to 128 if on
Second: 64 if on
Third: 32
Fourth 16
Fifth: 8
Sixth: 4
Seventh: 2
Eighth: 1
Any combination of these would result in a number 0 - 255, 0 if all are off, and 255 if all are on.
@Pinkkitty: freeimagehosting is related to the advertisement that appears on the website, if I'm correct. It may be detecting it as malware because some advertising is classified as "adware". Although I don't think there are any dangerous ads on the site, in any case you'll be fine if you don't click on the advertisements.
Or, it could be that your computer has something wrong...
@DT_Fan: Well, I get the same thing every now and then, and not just on this comic. Happy to know my laptop won't suddenly burst into flames cause I said, "Screw you, I wanna know what happens next!".
a bag theoryor its got a Adam dissembler that only has capacities for 99 part sets for a blueprint because of technolagies limits in the Pokemon world and it reassembles stuff wean you need it
I.C.A THANKSThank you for the great comics over the year. They were hilarious. Anyway JUST IN CASE I wanted to thank you for the comics and at least post something.
I was always under the impression that pokeballs could be used for storing items, and so you could just keep hundreds of them in your bag in their minimized form holding all of your assorted stuff.
Girl PhysicsAs a friend and I would say, it's all about Girl Physics. Honestly, I have a small purse, yet can fit my calculator, small planner, makeup bag, bottle of asprin, two packs of gum and a few other small things in it and still get things lost in there.
