Oh c'mon guyssss 8V I didn't hurt it.

Abel really does have the best temper ever. The patience of a saint. My little lighthouse cottage would be bloodsplattered at this point... I worry how often he gets this kinda shit.

See y'all soon.

But Atticu~us! You guys are inside~!
October 17th, 2014, 5:00 pm
George. Just leave. Be relieved he didn't send PEETA after you
October 17th, 2014, 5:46 pm
@Merone: Dear god, they'd go after her, then Atty, then turn on Abel for having the eevees, then go after Holy, then us commenters, and finally make a bad flash game about microwaving cute animals. Slogan: "Gotta nuke 'em all!"

I don't want to know what the original idea was.
October 17th, 2014, 5:19 pm
I must ask this now H0ly... What was the original version? xD

October 17th, 2014, 5:29 pm
Original version…?

That poor Eevee. *hugs*
I want George to just disappear and never come back. -_-
October 17th, 2014, 5:40 pm
Can we get the original version some time?
October 17th, 2014, 5:56 pm
Its a good job?
More like a good thing.
October 17th, 2014, 11:04 pm
Actually... @DaBrokor: Actually in English English, "a good job" & "a good thing" mean pretty much the same thing in that context. :P

My betting is that George watched nothing but Pokémon battles on TV & had no real life skills when she left at 10. She probably thinks a toaster is where you dry a pokédex. :3
October 17th, 2014, 11:09 pm
@DaBrokor: It's a Britishism, that's what she meant.
October 17th, 2014, 6:03 pm
Honestly, after burning down the entirety of the Viridian Forest with a single fire attack, nothing you do will surprise me anymore.
October 17th, 2014, 6:12 pm
How do you not know how to use a microwave George.

October 17th, 2014, 6:22 pm
TELL MEH Dear god, what was the original version!? XD
October 17th, 2014, 6:34 pm
That Eevee really looks like a Pikachu!
Guess the microwave actually did do something, huh?

Man... Abel must have had a LOT of experience dealing with idiots, lol
October 17th, 2014, 6:50 pm
I can't believe you George...... Atty is right, you should sty cooped up, far away from the outside world, and maybe in a straight jacket.

October 17th, 2014, 7:03 pm
Yeah, not going to lie but I thought it was going to turn out a lot worse. Abel would have been trying to throw George and Atty out the top of the Light House if Tali got hurt.
October 17th, 2014, 7:35 pm
I don't care what ANYBODY says, the story wouldn't be the same without George.

October 17th, 2014, 7:48 pm
Atty should probably drag her away by the ear. It's the only way she'll learn
October 17th, 2014, 9:34 pm
Now I'm curious what your original idea was. owo;
October 17th, 2014, 10:02 pm
I'm not gonna lie, if this is what you consider tame I don't think I'll be able to keep reading
October 17th, 2014, 10:25 pm
Hmm, okay so here's a theory about George. She is not of this universe, but instead got sucked into the Pokemon games we all know and love, except it's not *exactly* how it is in said games, since time has obviously passed. George therefore doesn't realize the consequences of her actions and thinks she knows exactly what to do because she has played these games hundreds of times before.

Probably not REALLY it, but that's what I'm going with until it's proven otherwise :P
October 17th, 2014, 11:29 pm

I'm almost afraid to ask what the Original version was.

.... almost.

@ThePokeman92 That would be a good explanation for her jump in logic about the Eevee being a transformed Abel... among other things.

October 18th, 2014, 12:35 am
Honestly that little stunt was just so bad, I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that George did it. I know she's a ditz but before she never seemed like an actual danger to anyone. Especially Pokemon. I remember when DT was injured/poisoned and she immediately picked her up and healed her.

It's like... George you seriously didn't know that was a microwave?! And if not, you seriously put a cute little Pokemon in a machine you had no clue how to work?!

And now the owner wants you to leave. Atticus himself isn't even surprised at this but George wants to try to defend herself? Is she getting dumber?!
October 18th, 2014, 7:09 am
@Ultimate the Hedgehog: well, she's apparently been living in the woods/wild for years now... Maybe microwaves are a new thing? But still wtf George?

And Abel is -amazing-. I would have had at least 10 swears per word in that situation. while screaming. and refusal to immediately cooperate with my demand to leave might have been met with flying blunt objects.
October 18th, 2014, 1:44 am
I can't believe people reacted with disbelief to this. I mean, what can be worse than a pidgey diced by a lawnmower?? A microwaved eevee-- but it didn't get fried so hey. All's well that ends well.
October 18th, 2014, 6:04 am
For those who don't know, when you put an animal in a microwave it simply doesn't just get burnt up or get cooked like something would in an oven. An animal (dead or alive) would literally explode inside the microwave due to how it cook things inside out. The microwave would just be a horrifying mess of guts, gore and organs and the only option you would have is to dump it as there is simply no cleaning something like that...As if you would want to eat something from it afterwards anyway.

Before anyone ask how I know of this, my father told me a story about how his cat accidentally got into the dishwasher somehow when he was a kid and in a panic he thought a microwave would be suitable to dry up the poor thing.

I assume the original version wouldn't have an Eevee face on the last page but instead just a nasty mass of gore that exploded to the window of the microwave. (Or if H0ly wanted to be extremely evil have Abel see the poor Eevee right before the giant pop and splatter.)
October 18th, 2014, 8:29 am
@Zelkova: Microwaves don't "cook things inside out." That's a common misconception. However, you are right that it would do something more gruesome than just burning the poor thing. Since microwaves work by energizing water molecules with radiation, and living bodies are made up largely by water, I can see exploding as a possibility.
October 18th, 2014, 2:51 pm
@Takeshre: I know that it isn't 100% true but for something like an animal body it may as well be.

George shouldn't be allowed outside OR inside. I remember when she used to be only naive, but now she's either dumb as a brick or a complete psychopath.
October 18th, 2014, 2:01 pm
Psycho girl is psycho..... lol. Abel's about 5 seconds away from calling Officer Jenny.

Wait H0ly- who's blood? George's or the Eevee's?
October 18th, 2014, 3:45 pm
Evolution by radiation Awww I thought evolution stones were all about radiation.
The bigger question would be is microwave radiation actually considered fire radiation or is it electrical radiation?
Bumber (Guest)
October 19th, 2014, 7:46 am
@psychedashell: Microwaves have a longer wavelength (i.e. less energy) than infra-red, so probably electrical.
October 18th, 2014, 3:48 pm
On a further note... Atticus has not displayed an ounce of emotion during this whole ordeal.
Either he is truly good at not giving a damn or he honestly suspected this of George from the very first time he agreed to let her travel with him.

... How did she not know how to use a microwave...
Unclever title
October 18th, 2014, 11:41 pm
Come now, Atty, she's perfectly fine outside. It's INSIDE where she causes the most trouble.

@the guy: She didn't think it was a microwave, so she didn't try to use it as one.

Basically, why would you need to set the cook time on a cell separator?
October 19th, 2014, 1:56 pm
I'm sure scientists in the Pokemon world have big problems with people breaking into their homes and microwaving their Pokemon.

It desn't help that a strong enough blast of microwaves can fry the brain in a split second (like in SAO). Dangit, George! You need to go to a special needs home and STAY THERE!

Seriously, what's George's problem? Her first reaction isn't "oh god I'm so sorry I didn't know, I dun goofed", it's just "oh, woops" like she doesn't care at all that she just scared the crap out of this poor man.

She's acting like a complete psychopath, and it's kinda incongruous with how she was written previously.

I don't think George is psychotic, exactly... more like so delusional about the way the world works that she's a danger to herself and everyone around her. She needs to be put away for everyone's safety. It seriously concerns me that she doesn't know what a microwave is, because it means she is either a true wolf-child (doesn't seem likely, as I've not seen sign she specifically lives and thrives in the wilderness)... or she's so dependent that she literally never learned to operate a microwave, such a simple and basic task that even the dumbest bachelor learns to use one to survive.

This makes me rather wish that the equipment to swap a man's mind with a pokemon was around, and that it had been used on HER. And not corrected. Because let's be honest here - would an Eevee at the wheel be even half as dangerous as George is at the wheel? At least it'd just be naive and curious while it learns, instead of dangerously oblivious. ...might even have been cute.

Though I'd feel bad for Abel, who wouldn't realize till later that he got shafted by having the mind of the most pants-on-head-retarded human beings placed in one of his adorable pets. D:
